Carefully coordinated non-emergency transport
Stretcher transportation
Thoughtfully coordinated, non-emergency transport for passengers who need to remain lying down during their trip.
Serving New York City & New York State

Care that fits the passenger
Comfort and dignity, throughout the transfer.
For passengers who need to remain lying down, the details matter. We coordinate stretcher-equipped vehicles and trained two-person teams with careful attention to pickup, handling, and the destination handoff.
For passengers who cannot sit upright during a non-emergency trip, including hospital discharges, rehabilitation transfers, and scheduled care.
How we support your journey
Careful preparation. A considered transfer.
Support during recovery
For passengers who need to remain lying down after surgery or because of limited mobility, we coordinate non-emergency travel with the care team and the receiving location.
Regular care and return trips
Stretcher transportation can also support dialysis standing orders and round trips when this level of transport is appropriate. Dispatch reviews the schedule and transport requirements before confirmation.
Equipment, people, and timing
Stretcher securement, trained two-person crews, and facility coordination are planned together. We allow for pickup, lifting, handling, and handoff requirements at hospitals, nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and private homes.
