Yes. We coordinate standing orders and recurring trips for dialysis, chemotherapy, physical therapy, and other scheduled care. Our team works with you and your facility on pickup times and return arrangements.
We coordinate with MAS, Modivcare, and insurance-authorized transportation programs. Eligibility and trip authorization depend on your plan or program. Contact our team or your transportation coordinator to confirm the arrangements before your trip.
We serve New York City and routes across New York State, with bases in Flushing, Norwich, Rochester, Poughkeepsie, Plattsburgh, and Uniondale. Call with your pickup and destination so we can confirm availability for your route.
Cathay operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with dispatch coordination. Service is subject to vehicle and crew availability and must be confirmed by dispatch. For a medical emergency, call 911.
